3.13.18--Persona and Outreach

At this meeting, we drilled down into the persona for our participants, updating and refining. We identified what is critical (need to have) for our persona, including: living or working within a 10 mile radius of the Art Center; wants to engage with the community; connection to tech community; and interested in actively participating in or learning about creativity. Other factors, such as sense of humor, curious, looking to meet new people, and significant network, were identified as "nice to have." In order to promote diversity in the group, we decided to strive to include both those who had given time and money to other nonprofits and those who have not. This will be added to gender, ethnicity, career stage, whether one has children or not, and whether a candidate has visited the Art Center not.
